Shayna - COO
Shayna joined the Harambe team in May 2018. She is a passionate and dedicated steward & advocate
for persons with behavioral, developmental and mental challenges. Shayna studied psychology at Central Michigan
University, Mt. Pleasant and later went on to earn a Masters in Public
Administration (MPA), with an emphasis on Health Care, from University of Michigan, Flint.
Prior to joining HMS, Shayna spent the previous 10 years working in Genesee county,
first as a behavioral health Case Manager, Monitor, and then later as a Program Director.
A certified yoga instructor, when not busy with work, Shayna teaches yoga and plays in her flowers
& vegetable garden and does voluntary work in her community.

Ivan - Managing Director
Ivan is a highly talented and respected professional, with considerable experience
in project management, business & process analysis, financial management and information
technology in Caribbean, Latin and North American organizations. He has over thirty four (34) years
experience in senior management positions in governmental, private sector and non-profit organizations.
Over the past 35 years he has worked in the travel, banking and healthcare industries
in various senior management capacities, including Managing Director, COO, CFO, CTO, General Manager, Accountant,
Systems Administrator and Project Manager.
For fun ... reading, cycling and duffing his way around the golf course; 1 ace so far.

Rupert - App Developer
Rupert is having an exciting career spanning 45 years in the baning, travel, consumer foods
and computer technology industires. He has held several executive and senior management positions.
Additionally, Rupert has shared his skills and knowledge over time through several consultancy engagements in the Caribbean, Latin and North America.
He attained both Bachelors (BBA) and Masters (MBA) degrees in business administration from Florida Institute of Technology,
Melbourne, Florida and is also adjunct college professor in business.
At Harambe Management Solutions, Inc., Rupert's focus is on application development and general business analysis.
In his spare time Rupert plays drums in a musical cover band, splashes in the Caribbean sea and plays in the dirt
on his backyard farm.
