Shayna Hosler

Shayna has worked in the behavioral health field for over 18 years. She began working in the Community Living Support (Residential) setting providing direct services, as well as doing Targeted Case Management in Genesee county. Shayna has a BSc in psychology from Central Michigan University, Mt. Pleasant and an MPA from University of Michigan ("Wolverines"), Flint.

As the Chief Operating Officer of HMS, Shayna has responsibility for day to day operations, including being instrumental in the selection, orientation, placement and coaching of our talents that work in the healthcare sector. She provides mentorship and other resources to ensure that staff and contractors are able to maximize their potentials while maintaining their sense of purpose.

In her spare time, Shayna teaches yoga, reads, crochets, cooks, volunteers and plays in her garden.


Ivan Gibbs

Ivan is a highly talented and respected professional, with considerable experience in project management, business and process analysis, financial management and information technology in the Caribbean, Latin and North American organizations. He has over thirty four (34) years experience in senior management positions in public, private sector and non-profit organizations. Over the past 35 years he has worked in the travel, banking and healthcare industries in various management capacities. Representing the Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League (JCCUL), he was a participating Project Manager that implemented inter-banking ATM services in Jamaica in the mid 1990s and again was the CTO for a managed care organization (MCO) in Michigan during the early adaption and implementation of HIPPA standardized transactions, privacy and security in the early 2000s.

Ivan has assisted several local, national and regional organizations to improve their profitability and competitiveness. He is also an experienced presenter, and has developed and implemented initiatives that resulted in employees achieving empowerment and self-actualization. Ivan has a BBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Technology ("Knights"), Kingston, Jamaica and an MA in International Affairs from Ohio University ("Bobcats"), Athens. Additionally, he holds several certifications in Microsoft technologies.

Rupert Gordon-Whyte

Rupert is having an exciting career spanning 45 years in the banking, travel, consumer foods and computer technology industries. He has held several executive and senior management positions with medium and large corporations. Additionally, Rupert has shared his skills and knowledge over time through several consultancy engagements in the Caribbean and North America. He attained both Bachelors (BBA) and Masters (MBA) degrees in business administration from Florida Institute of Technology ("Panthers"), Melbourne, Florida and is also an adjunct college professor in business.

At Harambe Management Solutions, Inc., Rupert's focus is on application development and general business analysis. In his spare time Rupert plays drums in a musical cover band.
